cold air intake install

hi everyone, I have a big question...hopefully someone out there can help me out. I want install an APoC cold air intake into my 2000 GASE2. Although i am slowly learning alot about car repairs and installations, i am not very comfortable with how to go aboiut this project. Does anyone know how to do this, and if so, would you mind explaining? thanks in advance...:???2:
