Since I've been going over this on the JBO I figured I'd post it here too. Quad4 heads on a 2.4 will not give you ungoddly compression ratio. And frankly I'm sick of people saying "oh it will give you 17:1 compresion or some rediculous # like that.. STOP READING THE HOT ROD ARTICLE!! Its 80% fact 20% fiction. here are the facts.

Here are the stock #s
Bore in: 3.54
Stroke in: 3.70
Head cc's: 61
Gasket Thickness in: .047
Deck Height in: .01
Dish or Valve Pocket [-] or Dome [+] cc's: 0
Number of Cylinders: 4
Compression Ratio: 9.5:1
(99+ deck height .0001)
Now add the 48CC Quad4 head and presto..... 11.43:1
