Finally got it mounted. Afterwork last night i pulled my front end close to my friends car and took the cig lighter adapter to the light and plugged it in his car because i cut the wires to mine. It worked great and even lit the ground too! So he pulled out his wire cutters and we stripped an inch of each wire after cutting off the adapter and ghetto wired it. We took it through the top under the hood and around a big bolt through this little clamp thing and into the car via the space around the door. I hardwired it to the cig lighter positve2positive and negatvie2negative and it worked! so i left it on and drove around with it. My friends liked it and it is going to go great when i get my neon underbody kit. Which i am getting installed in a week. So far so good with the lighting

how do you turn it off? cops love those things where i live. they have a hissy fit over regular underbody neons. they like the neon tube that goes around your license plate too. in fact they usually pull you over to talk just about that. but good luck with yours.

I just unhook one of the wires whether it be positive or negative. I have passed many cops. It seems as they wont pull you over unless your ACTUALLY breaking the law like speeding, reckless driving, racing,

What kind of light did you use? How much did you spend?

Just a regular 15" Neon accent tube. Supposed to be in the car I moved it out. Put it right on the inside below the grill. Cost me 20 bucks.

if it's supposed to be an interior neon, I'd seal it up with some silicon to keep out any moisture
