i don't know if anyone noticed on the gauges there are two little pronges for the RPM gauges and the MPH gauge and on the blue gauges there are only one hole on each side? do you have to remove one or what?? anyone do gauges before? any help would be great thanks

you have to leave the pin on the right hand side of each guage out... dont worry it wont damage the needle by leaving it out. and when you start up, the needle still maintains position even without it.

or you MAY drill another hole for the second pin, but I was examining the backside, and iyt looks like youll probably damage the LCD if you do that

do you have to break the pin? or does it just come out easily or what???

ps...we are talking about the same pin right? two black pins that rest against the plastic piece that goes over the gauge?

uhhh... im talking about the 2 pins that let the needles rest on them when you are either at 0 RPM, 0MPH / or 6000 RPM, 120 (150) MPH

yes, they just pull right out.. give em a tug, remember to save them in case you get rid of the guages

hey dan asked me to post this cause he didnt have to time so he was wondering if he was ganna have to take the needle out to do it i told him ya but he just wants to make surei guess.... thanx for all ur guys help....

i meant to ask if the whole needle came off like the black piece too....is it one whole piece or two pieces? and it won't affect anything by taking it off will it? thanks

DONT TAKE THE NEEDLES OUT!!!!!!!

or else youll need to recalibrate them, which is a B*!@#

they simply slip over the needles, or aim me if you need further help
