Don't you hate it when rocks clank on your muffler? I have a couple.. small.. spots where rocks hit and therefore caused some rust. Do any of you spray something over the muffler to protect it? I tried high heat clear coat and it worked, but it kinda took the shine outta of it. So this evening I went to polish it and the polish ate part of the clear coat away. It was 2 coats by the way.

I painted the Flowmaster I put on my Camaro with two coats of Eastwood Exhaust paint (silver). www.eastwoodco.com
Click on specialty paints and coatings and you will then see the exhaust system section to click on.

Hey, thanks. I may look into that. Right now, I have to use some chrome polish and see if it takes the rest of the clear coat off.

Lol.. well, I got the clear coat off.. along with the chrome finish. Now my A'pexi has a stainless steel look to it. It's ok though, matches the rims pretty well.

I used Dupli-color High Heat Aluminum paint and it looks pretty decent.
