Looking for pics of 18's or 19's on GA's
I am tryign to decide on rims for my 97 GA GT so all you 96-98 GA ppl with 18's post some pics.
Also, who knows what kind of rims are on Loco's 95 GA?

how much is install usually and would i need anything else besides springs....my car has 35,000 miles on it.

I just did mine myself and it wasn't to hard if you have access to an impact gun and spring compressor(rentable from auto zone)..
took me and my friend about an hour and a half on each set ( front, back)...... Most Garages charge about 40-60 a corner... By the way I got H&R's for $200 at the tire rack.... About 2" front and 1.7" back drop!!!!!
You might want to look at aftermarket struts while you have it apart, but i talked to a mechanic at pontiac dealer and they said in the 4 years they worked there they never had to put a new strut on a newer grand am 99' - 03'......... So that might tell ya somthin. Unless your going for better performance , which means stiffer ride quality, go for it..... They way i look at it is i'm not racing my car to often, but i like hittin turns goin 40-50 mph without feeling that much roll at all, and still have great comfort on the rude streets in Johnstown, PA..
