Stock HP?

Does anyone know off hand the stock HP for the 1995 3.1L?

I know on my 96 3.1 SE it is 155

But rounding it up to 160 is cool with me :)

GM rated it at 155hp, but its known that 94-95 OBDI speed density 3100 GAs are really 160hp...... dont make me explain again in a long thread, search

just like everybody else is sayin......its 160. but im proud to say that i got my 95 3100 real close if not at 200 now after all the mods i did.....a lot more to come too

once i got all of the performance parts in and a couple thousand dollars later....i plan to be in the mid 350s......kinda scary to think of a 350 horse grand am.....thats without the nitrous also:biggrin:

:lol: hate to burst your bubble but you are at least a good 20-25hp shy of 200hp AT THE CRANK let alone at the WHEELS. With every single possible thing done NA wise, you will only have ~230hp. You are gonna need a form of FI to get there bud. Even with a custom S/C or T/C.... or even the Votech kit, you will need to run a lot of psi to get you even remotely close, and thats not spending a "couple thousand". Not to discourage you..... but thats the facts Jack :P
