i only run synthetic oil, and i can see how it could cause it revs faster but how does it hurt the cam or wear it out faster?? like is this just he said she said or is it proven??

No, they do nothing to the cam Heads rockers ect. its the charging system that can mess up if you dont put them on right ;) the pulleys make the charging system run at a lower volts so it wont take power from the motor.

www.mantapart.com has a kit that uses light weight alluminum alloy. It comes with a smaller crank, a larger alternator pulley, and a new belt. Total cost is $250 for our engine. Not too bad for the increase in power you get in my opinion.

How much power do they say you get?
