I have a 2002 3400 V6, I was wondering if there was any way to put a Vortech from a 1996 5.7L V8 Suburban on my ride????

My guess would be no, well at least without some heavy modifications. Why not get a new Vortech thats made for your engine?

... without sounding simplistic, ANYTHING is possible as it is just a matter of time and how much expense you wish to cover ... my suggestion though would be to get the S/C design for your car from RSM :)

See if RSM will sell you a kit minus the blower.

if they did sell u the kit w/o the blower, how much cheaper would it be? i believe the price is about 4,400... so how much do u think it'd be w/o the blower?

It would be a freaking miracal if u could install that in your car. If you could even find a way it would cost way more than it would if you where to buy one already made for your car. I would say take it than sell on ebay for $1000-2000.
