i dont see why they would be a problem since the led round the bulb can be turned off when ur driving if u turn off the led when driving its just a normal fog light!!!

i didn't know angel eye anything(headlights or foglights) were for off road, hell BMW's have them for headlights...PFYC.com has the foglights and i don't think they are for off road use only.

thats BS about them not being street legal. ive driven with them on in front of a police station while they were all outside and nobody said a word. like earlier said, BMW 5 series come with them factory, and in Germany they are just about standard, they are called driving lights over there. the idea is that at night, the cities are so light that theres no need to full headlights, but the "rings" help people see that its a car and not a shadow.

the only thing that would be illegal is having different colors like red or blue. angel eyes with a white ring are total legal. i have blue rings in my headlights, but i dont drive with them on.

they put off road use only on ALOT of aftermarket bulbs, hid systems, angel eyes, etc because alot of companies dont want to go thru the hassle and money to get their product DOT approved. So companies slap the for off road use only on their box to cover their asses so they cant become sued if their product isnt street legal.
