My water pump needs replaced in my 97 Grand Am GT. It's going to cost around $400.00 I want to know if that is over priced? The garage told me it's so high is because of where the pump is located, it will take longer to take out and put the new one in (6-8hrs. labor) and because of the type of pump it takes. Just want to know of any other people who had to have theirs replaced in the 97 Grand am GT's. Thanks!
