They are basically screwing me right now, i bought some springs from them and cancelled my oder 2 weeks ago and they still haven't refunded me my money, this is now after 2 phone calls, 5 e-mails, and 3 faxes... what else can i do??

got eibach springs for cheaper than the Intrax ones through another website.... and i have herd nothing but good things about them but now im pissed casue how hard is it to give me 217.45 back.. and thats what she owes me so im pissed off cause i overdrafted my account cause the order was off my bank statement which costed me over 100 dollars in fees when all was said and done...

Ouch!!! I was just curious thinking maybe they were 'being slow' because they were a special order or where already shipped or similar ... keep on top of them and I am sure you'll be looked after :)

i have been, i dont know what else to do.. seriously ive called her 2 times and shes already told me that my account would be credited back but that was over a week ago... how long does it take to give me my money back? thats what i dont get, and she hasnt returned my phone calls or e-mails or faxes... and im really about to flip out on her and i dont wanna do that ....

Man I know how you feel. I have so many overdraft fees that AREN'T my fault. And you can't do one thing about it. The bank is just smiling collecting there cash.

i know what you mean, it sux.... and they still wont give me my god damn money back... ive called 3 times today and htey still havent answered there phone.... i hate this!!!!!
