I have a 97 grand am gt with the 2.4 l, twin cam, 4 cyl engine and was wondering what air intakes are out there and if anyone has some good info on them (websites). I don't want the ram air, i want the one that fits under the fender (supposedly more horse that way) but if i cant, i'll stick with the ram. Any info is greatly appreitiated.

well lets see,for the 2.4,the only CAI i know of is the Induction-Dynamics,don't know the site,do a search for it...But for short ram intakes theres a few....AEM,Weapon-R,and Injen, those are just off the top of my head...The AEM and the Injen are actually for Cavaliers but the 2.4 they have is the same as the 2.4 in ours.GM vehicles so they can just use the same engine.

This is what you want. (http://www.induction-dynamics.com/sunfirecavaliergrandamalero24l.html) If I ever have extra money, I really want this. If you get one, tell me how it works for you.
