Hey Coasterboy69,
That looks great! I've had the same idea but was wary of how to do it ( and make it look right). What did you use and how did you apply it to make it look so smooth?

Thanks to all,,, I appericate the props..
2K GRAND,, I used lots and lots of the clearcoat acrylic from krylon and made sure that I let it dry in the sun. The quick drying agent in the paint combined by the intensity of the sun made it dry really smooth. I made sure to take the whole day to do it to. Waiting about an hour between coats... PM me if you all have any other ideas as well. I am always up for cheap mods that make the GA's look better...

Looks good, but personally I would leave it at that, or try another accent color... don't want it to become "too much" :D

Coasterboy69,
I sent you a pm about your interior work. In addition, could you let me know how many coats of each did you use?(color and clearcoat)
Thanks, 2K GRAND

Thanks for all of the complements.. This is the first time I have done this kind of stuff and it means alot to me. Nice to know I did it right. I really am crazy over the car and would not want to disrespect the GA!!!
I applied 3-4 coats of everything with about 30-45 minutes of direct sunlight on the pieces in between applications. Enough time for a beer,,,,,,,,,,or 2,,,,,,,,,,,,,.
I got my paint from Sears for about 3 bucks a can and it took about 3 cans of each to do everything.
again thanks to all....
