I graduate this year and my parents are starting to ask what i want for my grad gift and the rims and the kit are both around the same price, well the kit is actually cheaper since we get the 750 all year round from AAS....So which one should i go for,ive been wanting a kit for a loooooong time but would still have stock 14 inch steel rims with hub caps and just get rims later or get tims and save for kit? Any input is appreciated.

18 Inch RIMS!!! But then again, I think the AAS kit is kinda ugly, so my opinion might be a little biased :P

If those are the only two options, then the wheels - the AAS kit is just too busy, and the doors just look ridiculous - it was a nice attempt, but the front and the rear don't flow together.

Get the 18" wheels, but no smaller, we have larger wheel wells than those compact sports cars. And if you get a body kit later on then the wheels will really compliment your whole look. I also think they could've done a far better job with the AAS kit. Actually, I love the front end, but the sides are horrible. The rear is too blank. Now, if they made the rear bumper like the Sunfire kit with the mesh inserts, that would compromise for the whole kit and it wouldn't be half as bad.

I say go for rims, and while your at it, push your parents for some springs as well, i mean c'mon, you only graduate highschool once.

AAS kit would still need painted or it would look like crap.

oh and vanishing...ill tell you now, get rims first, then a kit....no matter the kit, always rims first....otherwise everyone will laugh at you, becaue honestly it would make the car look rediculous...
.
besides rims are just as good as a kit, if you get a good style. ;)

im deffly going with 18's,nothing less...So the intrax drop plus 18's will make my car look low? Like no gap what so ever between wheel and tire? Thats what im going for:)
