i work at a car shop just wondering will a mustang spoiler will fit the car measureing it spoiler 55 inches and my car 55 inches. after that i placed it on there and it fits perfect just have to drill the four mounting holes and wire the spoiler brake lamp to the old lamp in the window.

I want to paint the bottom white well after the bondo or steel tape. can i just use primer? or do i have to prime then another white paint?

If the primer matches then ya since it lasts, but if you want it to match then paint it white, just more professional looking.

the steel tape is a strip of steel that can be taped on rust holes..etc then smoothed out then primed and panited.

Bondo of course is a hardener that you mix put on a rust spot ,dent, hole and smooth that out and prime it.

Mainly the bottom of the doors is rusting and at the bottom of the gas door. I have to take all the old bubbling paint(bondo it then paint) and some parts are so thin which is the bottom panel near the rear wheel where the gray trim starts. (thats where the steel tape comes in at.)

Ummm, well, steel tape isn't for bodywork. also plastic filler (Bondo) is only for shallow imperfections of 1/8 inch or less.
All you'll get is a bigger mess by spring by steel tapeing it & bondoing it. The only right way to do it is cut the cancer & weld new metal.

I agree.
Only way to repair rust is to cut it out and replace or weld in new sheet metal. Trust me it takes practice I had to weld in a few replacement panels on my '81 TA along with floor pans and alot of prep work including body filler. Not the most professional job but that is because I never done it before. lol
