Factory Stereo upgrade

Hi,
I have a factory Cd Player in my 2001 SE1 and just need more BASS.......without upgrading anything is there a way to add only a sub with the existing components or upgrade the speakers in the doors and the rear speakers? Any suggestions would be appreciated..

You can add a sub and amp to your factory system. If you have the normal radio you can use high level input in place of RCAs, but if you have monsoon you will need a special hook up that has to connect somewhere on your 6x9's. Went to circuit city with my friend who has an 02 SCT w/monsoon and they told us how to hook it up to his stock system.
