Alright, I have a question for you people. I have two sets of 6x9's, my stock, which are currently on the ground in my garage, and my pioneer's that are in my car. I want to put the stock ones back in, and still keep the Pioneer ones in there. Is there anyway that I could wire them so both speakers are being played on, so a total of 4 speakers in the trunk are being played though. I don't have any wire now, so I kinda need to jimmy rig it.

You could, but why?

If you wire them in parallel you could end up frying whatever amp you're using to drive them since it'd divide the resistance in half. Plus, having 2 different sets of rear speakers isn't going to accomplish anything musically.

Stick with building a better sound stage up front, that's what matters most.

I have to agree completely with sunrunner on this one. But if you MUST have another set of 6x9's in your car I'm sure we can help you out. Peace, Lee

alright. I can't decide what's better, the Pioneer's or the stock. Both have crappy bass I think. I took them out though. I couldn't wire it today, and I don't wanna keep trying. I'm gonna get some 10's soon, so those will handle the bass.
