anyone know where the relay is for the turn signal? the thing just keeps clicking! thought it was the actual device that makes the clicking noise but i replaced that three times and it still does it, so i am guessing the relay is going out. anyone know where it is and what the actual part would be called? thanks

I had the same problem on my car, I'm assuming you replaced the hazard switch, cause that's what was making that clicking sound on my car. But, like you already know, that's not the actual problem. I don't know if it will be the same for your car, but the problem on my car was in the steering column. I'm not sure what you call it, but it's a black little box that's attached to the turn signal handle and the wiper handle at the upper portion of the column. It's not that hard to remove, I did it myself. Once I took it off, I kindof opened it a little ( and I say a little cause I noticed a spring inside, and I didn't want to open it all the way and it pop right out, so i just opend it enough to put a finger) and then I just wiped the copper terminals with a napkin, alot of black stuff was on it, wiped all that off. After that, it hasn't done it since. If you need more info, just pm me or something or respond here. Hope it works for you.

I've got a question for you guys that's sort of the same problem......my turn signal sticks and sometimes it wont click off is this just a bad arm or is it just a relay?

there is a small plastic "Cam" in the steering column that clicks the lever off after making a turn, its a ***** to replace though.

Look, I'm not sure about a "Cam", that he's talking about. Of course, he has a 1988 ga, if he's refering to his car, I really doubt it applies to yours. I've taken the column cover off, the relay switch that controls the blinkers and the wipers is one, there are two connections that go into it, one for each one. If you disconnect the blinker connection, they will not work anymore, at all, and I don't think that's what you want. Did you try what I wrote earlier? It's a shot.
