Aftermarket Turbo

Dose anyone know of any aftermarket turbo that will bolt straight up with the stock manifold and work with no mods needed?

If so wich company makes it cause i think my turbo might be toast and if i have to spend money on it id rather just get a aftermarket one than rebuild the stock one.
