I feel stupid now, but I never realized that the name of the car came from the 'Grand' Prix and the Trans 'Am'. Is it just me, am I the only slow one here?? lol Kewl site, thanks for the link!

Redesign in 1998? It was 1999. Quad4? No, it was the 2.4L TwinCam. He doesn't differentiate between the 2 engines. A few other minor details and "opinions", but overall a good read. :)

:book: Quad 4 and T/C are almost the same from what I can tell. You could say it was redesign in 1998 because that when it came out ;) even if it is a 99 :P


But then again what do I know :slant:

Good points, but that would mean his other info is wrong, if you keep to the same theory for each re-design. The '96 model was available in 1995, and so on.

As far as the Quad4 vrs TwinCam, yes, they are related. But, less so thanthe 3100 and 3400 V6, which he clearly seperates.

All this is very trivial, and really doesn't matter much in the end. :)
