if you don't like either you can buy an accord wide mouth front or something and have it custom fitted to your 97,I personally like the new 96-98 front, the back i need to think about more. Some guy on N-Body.net had a custom wide mouth from another car fitted and molded to his 96-98,hes from Florida.

Get the Andy's Auto Sport kit. I think it's the sweetest kit for the GAs. Sorry, all you AED people, but it makes the car smooth looking, but a little too smooth looking. Without the ribs on the sides it makes the car look too blank.

Ok, I didn't realize that, but I was looking at the kits from AAS/AED, and the rears aren't that much different in size. Ok, well actually, the rear of the AED kit looks smaller than the stock bumper, the rear bumper for the AAS kit looks alot like the factory bumper as far as I can tell. But I'd have to look at two cars with both kits, I guess.
Anyways, I love the front of the Andy's Auto Sport kit, the AED kit is slick, too. It just seems like if somebody put on a, AAS kit it would be something different.

So you are telling me that this rear http://www.andysautosport.com/pontiac/images/96_98grandamrear.gif looks good, this rear http://aed.homeip.net/photopost/data/4114.JPG looks too small and the stock rear is good? i think that the AED rear looks so much better.

man. i think you are nuts.
but i guess its all personal preference!

Personally I like the Andys rear, but maybe I am just being BIASED! hhahahahaa..........

AED kit is not bad looking at all, I personally think it makes the car look to blocky....the angles are just to sharp....

No you're not being biased, the AAS kit is badass. But I don't want to argue about which kit is better, You're right Trevley, it does come down to personal preference.
The AAS kit is just too plain for me. I need the AAS kit. I would be the only GA in my area with it, the only GA hooked up even. My car is pretty stock right now, well I've only had it for like five or six months.
But I see a lot of 92-95's, and 96-98 SE's and hardly any 96 2 door GTs. I know they're around but you don't see them like you see Civics, Camaros, Mustangs, there's a hell of a lot of Ford Probes, but anyway.
I got this car because I wanted something different and it worked so far.
