what to add to my system next

I have a Pioneer DEH5500MP mp3 player, infinity reference 4x6's and 6x9s and 2 12" MTX 6000 something or the other subs ran off a cheap Sony 444W Amp. What would you do next? I kind of just got all this stuff (June). Would it be worth it to amp the speakers with the sony amp and get another amp? the problem here is I know nothing about amps. Would a better amp give me that much more bass? Anyone with an opinion, it would be appreciated

a better amp would give you better sound quality, thats as far as I know.

Hey, about a month ago, I bought an almost identical setup.

Pioneer DEH5500MP
Infinity Reference: 4x6's and 6x9's
2-10" MTX8000
MTX Thunder 4250D Class D Mono AMP

IMO, the system sounds great without anything else. I still plan on getting a 2 or 4 channel MTX amp to push the front and rear speakers. However, for the moment, I like the way the stereo sounds... It just took me a while to adjust the settings on my HU to make it sound good...

Is the sony a two or four channel amp? What is it s RMS power rating at 4 ohms? Are your subs dual or single voice coil? What kinda music do you listen to? Peace, Lee
