i havent done it yet but...
its on the passenger side, and you have to go up through the bottom. you will see the blower, and its next to it.. its a ***** to get to

ok, so we just replaced our blower motor resistor today. Monday the 13th of october at around one o'clock in the afternoon eastern standard time. you have to take out the glove box, then take out some kind of black plastic duct thing. then remove some black plastic cover (this is all in order of what to remove). the resistor is way in the back of the blower motor. when you reach in from where the glove box is youll feel the blower itself. it's all kind of an upside down project. You really should be a midget to do it, but it is possible. you need very small skinny ratchets to get the part out, then to put it back in. VERY VERY VERY IMPORTANT, DISCONNECT THE BATTERY BEFORE DOING ANYTHING. DONT TAKE ANY CHANCES AT ZAPPING YOURSELF. ALL YOU NEED TO DO IS DISCONNECT THE NEGATIVE TERMINAL. well, we got ours working, im sure if you have a general idea of things you can do it too. our settings one and two work now, im so happy. bf says that it gets kinda hot in there and hes thinking thats why it goes bad cuz it overheats. dunno. http://gim.li:9001/servlets/Home
this link was given to me by someone on here, it's a link to get you to an illustration of where it is located. A LITTLE TIP, IT DOESNT LOOK LIKE THAT, THE ILLUSTRATION IS TURNED SO IT MAKES SENSE TO YOU. THE WAY IT ACTUALLY IS IN THE CAR, IS UPSIDEDOWN. LOL
GOOD LUCK.

yep read that, thats pretty much what i was tryin to say, lol. its wayyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy back there. unfortunatly my bf sold most of his tools and used to have that part to get in there and get to it, but apparently sold it with the rest of them. if we still had that part it wouldnt be dangling there now waiting to get the peice and put it back in, lol. thanks.
