Air bag light comes on and off...help!

Hello

I have about one last problem with my car.
My Air bag light comes "on" and "off" but is mostly "on" all the time.
It flashes when I stop and go and stays "on" while driving.
If anybody has experienced this problem and solved it without spending hundreds of dollars for this...please help!

You may have water leaking into the car and it is getting onto the body control module. Check your passengerside fuse block and a-pillar for any signs of water.

That is the only thing I can think of.
