OK I think i got my underbody neons picked out, after the previous post, lots of good sites. NOW the question I have is the install, can i do this myself?? I Never have done any work on a car before. For mounting, I want to know if its possible so I dont have to drill anyholes or any damage to the actual underbody because if i want to sell it or I want to take them off I dont want any damage. And how do I wire it? Is there any perminant damage I guess is what I want to know. and is there a site with step by step instructions or something.

ALso for the interior, I got a red neon with the sig lighter just to see at different spots what it would look like. For those how do i install?? ANyone know of a site for those??

Basically I like the neons!! and want some info on installing!
lol thanks, these boards are the best!

In fact theres a thread 3 threads down from this one. Try looking there.

yea give the guy a break, sheesh! Ok, well basically on the install you have to use a power screwdriver to screw in about 8 to 10 screws in total. No, it does not damage the car because you will not likely even see the holes, and yes, you can take the underbodies off and really have no one notice you had them except for the switch, that, well that is just impossible to get around, you have to drill somewhere to install a switch, unless you put it in some god awful place. For me, well ill show you a pic of where my switch are installed, its in the alcove just to the left of the steering wheel. All i did is just break off the two upper clamps and shaved them a bit with a file so the switches fit in. Ignore the tape, its no longer there. now the problem with this, is that once the switch are in, you have to permanenly have them because they now act as the clamps that used to be there. here it is.http://www.gaownersclub.com/forum/attachment.php?s=&postid=128239

8 - 10 screws? WTF? The only screw I used as for the ground on the main power unit. Other than that, I zip-tied everything up to the frame of the car. 99+ GA's are easy to install neons on.
