Engine idel

For a while know my engine has had a rough idle. When I am sitting at a stop light or what ever I can look over and see the antina sitting there and shaking. The same way with my steering wheel it will sit there and shake too. I have a friend who works at one of the local dealerships and says it could be the egr valve or the iac. He says I could buy more parts which may or may not fix it. He says wait until it sets off the ses light. What would yall do. Any help would be nice.

the duke idles rough ususally. one thing you may want to look at that is often overlooked, and is very aplicable to this vintage of a car, is the motor and tranny mounts. when they let go there is a lot of room for vibration. My car is especially bad in reverse.

Check your mount, i had to replace all of mine also. The engine would hit the top of the hood if you put it in reverse and let off off the clutch quick. I replaced them and has helped alot.
