Hey all... despite my efforts to use materials just like the "national" many people in the past that asked for the free sample have said it is too small, or too flimsy. Well... I do listen and I got something for you.
Introducing ccg diamond mesh XXL. This is some INSANE mesh. It is exactly 2x the original. That is 2x the width, height, and thickness. Same 3003 aluminum with all the shine of the small diamonds.
This will mainly just appeal for the body kit users but some precut kits may start to pop up here and there.
Pricing - $39.99 / 12x48 sheet + s/h
Sizes – 12”x48” for now. 18”x48” in the future possibly
Availability - Now, but I only have 100 sheets
Pictured below is regular ccg mesh vs the XXL.

Here are some recent pictures on an Alero.

About a year ago, I did a similar grill for a GAGT customer. The material was not as shiny and not as big, but here is what it looks like.

As of right now, I could use the same CAD design on this new material as I use for the regular material but it is then a matter of install. None of the instructions that I have for the regular kit will work on the XXL.
If there are people interested in the kit, I can cut some up now but install is up to you. Otherwise, you will have to wait until I can figure out a good universal way to do install it.

Sure looks like a better material...closer to somthing an OE manufactuer would use.

Do you make this stuff your self?
Looks allright, but I think the smaller stuff looks better IMHO

56chev I make the grills myself. I use a CNC plasma cutter for the small mesh and hexagon mesh. I just got this larger stuff in recently and can't figure out how cut it yet. So far the plasma cutter is not arcing like it should on it so I don’t know what I am going to do. Right now, I am just up a creek as far as precut grills go w/ the large mesh.
If you were asking if I make the expanded aluminum myself, no. To my knowledge there is not one single grill maker (no matter how large) who does make their own. That in itself is its own industry. About a year ago I was sought after by a couple extruders who had some good stuff to offer and have been w/ same extruder now since.
