I found this pic in some thread. What's the red bar going across the back of it? What does it do? Any added HP by having one?

That's a strut bar. It doesn't increase engine/hp performance, but it does make your car have WAY tighter suspension... i love mine, i have front and rear mounts and my car can take corners like a champ!
