Antifreeze Puddles

This morning I checked my oil before I left for college and I had leaked about 1 quart of oil. I put about 1/2 a quart in. I then noticed I had some puddles on antifreeze in the engine around the valve covers and such. I had to drive the car since my hubby drove the truck to work. When I got home I popped the hood and obviously the antifreeze had burnt or evaporated what was in puddles. I don't know what is wrong :(
