Just little things keep popping up...I've been getting REAL bad gas mileage on my car a half tank gets me 60-80 miles where i used to get 100-140. When i turn my car on i smell a strong odor of gas coming from the AC/Heater vent...After driving a few mins it goes away...Also sitting at lights or idleling for a few mins makes my temp move slightly from dead center(in a 99 GA) to a few notches over...Usually turning the AC seems to knock it back to the temp. Still trying to get that damn 2.4 liter twin cam cover off to change my SP...One more thing there is a switch like an "ON OFF SWITCH" located real close to where you plug in the GM code reader...What does it do?

1. The pump is in the tank. Where do you observe the leak?
To change the pump, you must drop the tank and remove the pump assembly from the top of the tank.
2. Do NOT drive until this problem is corrected!!!
* Smell of gas = gas leak underhood
* Leaking gas + assorted underhood sparks = BOOM & FIRE!!!
3. Possible leak points:
* Fuel pressure regulator (not sure where it is on your car).
* Fuel rail (connects regulator to injectors).
* Fuel injector O-rings.
