Anyone done this mod? I think it would be awesome, I don't know about the safety problems it might make though, pictures would be nice, or a link to some information on doing it.

never seen it in a car.....only in semitrucks! first off safety would be a really big issue and second would be the fitment. theres no way you can move the front seats around with out hitting the centerconsole or the pillar(on 4 drs).

hmm we had 4 of them in our van, very cool two in the front two in the middle and a bench in the back. Then lock in to place so it not really a safety thing, but true about the 4-door thing

if you've got a two door it could be possible but you'd have ot move the seats about and inch or two towards the doors, after that pretty much self explanatory just get some swivels.

I really don't think that would be pratical is a car of that size.

And I wouldn't give up my 4-door ever. My 2-door was just a pain in the rear.

They used to have them in some older cars. (1970's models) I had a feind that had a Can Am w/ them from the factory. But by law now they are illegal as far as I know.
