Serpentine belt removal and PS ?s

Hi all, I really need to remove my PS pump because it's going out and also the rubber hose that is know to leak (because mine is leaking).
So far I've gotten the top passenger mount off (looks like a silver T) but I don't know how to get the bottom half off and how to continue on. I've already been looking through the forums and haven't seen any directions on how to do this except for copies out of the Chiltons book basically.

I've never done this operation, but the procedure should be pretty obvious.

Have you supported and jacked the engine?

yes I have supported the egine on a jack and no, this isn't obvious.
