can somebody help me?? i installed the intake and now my TRAC OFF light and SERVICE ENGINE SOON light is on and its shifting really hard. what the hell did i do to it??????????

Check the hose that goes from your manifold to the MAP sensor. It might have fallen off or broke. 100 bucks that it has to do with the MAP sensor :)

did you take the inner fender well off when you installed your intake? If so, I would suspect that the wires came unplugged down at the speed sensor.

nah I don't think its that. he would have lost his speedo and would not be getting someof those symptoms. Go pull the hose off to the MAP sensor and take it for a quick spin or just put it gear. :) Just make sure you put it back on.

Well, I won't go as far as unpluggin mine.... Not gonna break it if it's all fixed... :D I chase enough problems in that car

check all the wires hoses and bolts you had to remove. might have a leak or forgot to connect something.

duh! What I thought was the air sensor was not. I unplugged the sensor and put it into the intake pipe not knowing that the actual sensor was not the clip but the little piece of plastic it clipped into. thanx for all the input guys.
