my induction system is on the verge of breakdown and so i might as well get a CAI now.
who makes them for a 96 3100 (and will not take 3 months to get it)

Did you try ... http://www.hirevmotorsports.com , http://www.rsmracing.com or http://www.geocities.com/nbodyintakes ? To be honest, I don;t know for sure but I believe Keith (the last link I gave) was working on one :)
