just got my front tiers changed
was hoping to get my air intake and new exaust and....
guess what!


no keep guessing

Sir your barings on your 2 front wheels are shot and the left tirod is out total for that would be 532.87
i plan doing it my self but boy the joy and light that came out of my eyes when i was told that was astounding.

went to sheral or sherel or something i duno, they said to do it it was 500 something went to a pontiac dealer to see what just he parts were was about300 something went to car quest orderd the wheel cyl for 65 and from the pontiac place the tie rod end for 22

On my '86 Camaro I had the outer tie rod let go on me while driving. Lucky I was only going about 35mph when it happened.

How many miles you got on yours??? that shouldn't be happening on a '99!?! Either way about it, you'd definately KNOW when your wheel bearings are shot. Can you hear them when you turn corners? Or is it makeing noise or vibrateing when driving? I don't trust those guys that come up n' say, "Sir, this is worn & that is too, it's gonna be more than we told you"

I would have a second opinion before tearing apart the front end on my car either by checking it my self (maybe have a friend who knows mechanics) or have another shop look at it...
