what possible exhaust!?

Theres this guy that drives a 97 red Dodge Neon that is pretty well moded.18inch Konig Tantrums,AEM cold air intake and lowering springs,not sure what kind,most of these things i can just see by looking at it....Hes a police officer but works in the local jail house offices. Hes got a dual exhaust setup with 4 inch tips but i have no clue on what kind of exhaust or even just muffler but its louder then any Camero or truck exahust i've heard,its not the honda type sound either...I'm seriously about to walk up to his house to ask but i feel stupid walking up and just asking him that,hes a young guy tho it seems..........Anyone have an idea? I'd try and record the sound of it but i don't have the right equipment. Its the same sound im trying to get my car to have,his is a stick tho,seems fast when he punches it,he tail gates me sometimes when he sees me pull out,hehe.......But im thinking about going to a different setup,i'll get the info in a couple days and see what ya guys think of it.Peace..

louder then any Camero or truck exahust? He might be runing stright pips?

no,ive seen the muffler,its the normal oval style,but hes got a Y pipe coming out of it.As for the loudness of it,i think if you put a street legal camero,full exhaust that is,against this neon i say the neon would be louder even tho its a 4 banger,unless hes got header on it or something,i just know its loud and when the windows here are all shut you can hear it like they were open. It boggles me on what possibly he might have done,sometimes i think hes got a turbo on the way it sounds when he punches it,i dunno,i just wanna figure it out without asking him,that will be the last step.Lives with his folks to i think,i don't know his name or if it his parents or their son.

Might be Borla. My friend had a 01 Neon with it and it was pretty loud. Or maybe he hollowed out his muffler?

It might possibly be the borla exhaust,it sounds like their typical sound,i'll have to check their site out and see if theres a full exahust for that year and see if its close to it..I just know its the sound i want for mine.....Thnx for the possiblities guys:)
