remote starter install, brake light

hey guys,
i'm installing a crimestopper remote start system, i've got everything wired and working except for the brake light. i'm having problems trying to find the wire that shows +12V when the brake pedal is pressed.. i'd rather not wire it all the way to the brake lights. any ideas? thx

i just put a remote / security system on my 2001 Grand AM GT same problem... just take it some where and see if they will do it for free.. if not be back there when they find it or ask them to show it to u... that is what i did

thanks, found it, and it's working fine. not too difficult when u know where the right wires are located. :D
