Transmission?

Is there a problem with the tranny? or is it normal for these cars?

I was backing my moms car up in the driveway...theres a slight hill. I took my foot off the gas and the car rolled back down until I put my foot back on the gas...or brake to stop. Is this normal for these cars? Because my car doesn't it stays in the same spot.

yea some cars do it and some dont mine does when i back up but not when i'm in drive

oh ok thanks. Just wanted to make sure there wasn't a transmission problem.

mine rolls too, but only a very slightly. Test it, put it on a hill and see if it rolls. It shouldnt roll a lot. Now if it rolls all the way down unless you are falling off a cliff thats not normal.
