tail light reverse light

isnt it supposed to be a 3157 bulb?

i had a 3156 bulb in and it worked fine than i took it out and replaced it with a 3157 and it wont work

What is a tail light reverse light?

A 3156 is a single filament and the 3157 is a dual filament.

The 99 Ga takes:

a 3156 for the rear turn signal and
a 3157 for the stop and tail and
a 912 for the reverse/backup light.

However the front takes a 3157 for park and signal.
