I bought my wife a Red 2001 4 door GA SE 2.4 with 79K miles for $5900. It seemed to be a good deal and the car is mechanically sound and the intereior and under the hood is pristine. There are some noises coming from under the car when we go over some bumps but it doesn't sound serious. I'll get uder it this weekend and bang some stuff around and try to pinpoint the rattling.
We are giving her Burgundy 1990 4 door GA 2.5 iron duke to her sister for free.
Just thought I'd let everyone know we are a 3 GA family until x-mas morning when we give her old GA to her sister.

I found that the rattling was the hub caps. They will be off in no time. Trust me. LOL

Congrats Don!! Are the hub caps the 'factory' ones?! If so, I had the problem and all you had to do to fix it was to 'loosen' the lug nut covers that hold the caps on (I know, it sounds strange that loosening up something will cause it to stop rattling but what happens is that when the covers are turned on too tight, the caps are actually squished in the middle causing the outer edges to rattle on the rim and by loosening the covers up you allow the outer edges to come back inward and touch continually around the circumference ... try it :D)

Congrats Don!
Yes those factory hubcaps do make some noise over rough roads. Our '95 had ones like that but atleast you don't have to worry about loosing them. :)
But knowing you I'm sure that thing will have a set of nice wheels on it for spring.
