Albany 2004, June 11-13

The 2004 GAOC/ClubECM Albany Meet will be held this year on June 11 thru 13 in Albany, New York. A schedule of events and additional information will be available soon but in the attempt to allow members to make necessary plans, we decided to make public the date as soon as it was finalized. Hey maybe someone would organize one of these things for us West Coast people..... I mean this and the GAP are all over there. Just a suggestion.

I think it would be awsome to have each car club host it each year, Club ECM one year, Chicago the next, and so on

Been there, tried that..... I have no connections or anything. I mean only 4 cars showed up at the meet I had set up in Santa Barbara yesterday. But thank you Kelly, I'll let you know.

Hmmmm ... I am willing to work WITH you (if I can :D) ... talk to Don and the others who have "been around" and see what they think ... I have nothing against having something bigger out west involving the GAOC ... the only thing is that I won't be there (for obvious reasons :( ... maybe I could FLY out :D)

Four cars may not be a lot but it's a start.

Keep the interested people in the loop, start a California GA forum, pass the word to anyone one you see with Ca. in their profile. Send out invites to Ca. at other sites like N-body or Cardomain.

Get the ball rolling if you want something to happen in your area. It's not hard, it just takes some time and effort.
