I just got off the phone with the Fiero Store and ordered up my Performance Exhaust manifold, manifold gasket, and Hypertech Powerstat. The sales person I spoke with was super nice and knew what he was talking about which was very cool. I should have everything at my house sometime next week. Another nice part with the manifold, is that is will use all the stock mounting hardware (as long as they don't break when I'm taking them off...lol) We'll see about that once I get started on the install.
If anyone's interested here are the part #'s along with prices.
95787 Manifold $219.95
52782 Gasket $ 4.01
52372 Powerstat $16.95

I didn't cut my original hood...I still have it in my garage, but I did pick up another hood and used that. Honestly about 75% of the factory sheet metal was cut from the hood. Most of the cross bracing from the underside and a section of the outter shell was cut inorder to make the hood functional. Also shaved the 2 seams on the hood. I've been told it looks just as good if not better than a premade aftermarket hood. Alot of the cutting was done with an air nibbler and a grinder.
I'll see what kind of time I have tomorrow and what kind of strings I can pull. maybe I'll be able to get some sort of pics

Not even a week later I got my order from the Fiero store! The header looks great. Its Jet (ceramic) coated and has a great shine to it, it should look pretty sweet under the hood. I'm just hoping that it works as well as it looks.

The scoop is about 2" high or so, and the scoops are basically the same size and style as the newest Ram Air hoods on the Trans Ams. So on the Grand Am's hood they look pretty big.
Very similar to this....

and NO they're not those stick on Lund scoops.
