I'm wondering if taking the rear badging off would make the car look cheap, or would it make it look clean...
any one have a pic?

you don't want a spoiler or just hate the stock spoiler? If u want one,i think the 00+ mustang spoilers look great with the 99+ GA's,i think it would flow with the kit as well.

I want to debadge the trunk on my '04. I think it'll look good. I just want to get all the salt off it first.

speaking of badges, are they easy to remove? personally, i like all of the grand am badges on my car, but they are a pain when you're washing your car and you have overlays on them and can't wash too hard in that area or the overlays might tear..but anyways, i have a dealership badge on my trunk and it looks crappy..i just have been wanting to remove it and was wondering how..thanks!

Best way I've seen is a hairdryer and some stiff fishing line. Get the badge warm(dont melt it btw lol) and slowly slide the fishing line down behind the badge to break the adhesive. After its off take some goo gone to the left overs and clean it off. Coat or two of wax there will keep it nice and you're done! :D

I like the badges. In fact, i'm the kind of moron who puts EXTRA badges on. When I actually get around to doing everything, by car is going to scream "Pontiac" and "Grand Am" from every angle.
I don't like removing badges in general, unless your doing MASSIVE body mods to the car. Because if it's CLEARLY a Grand Am, not seeing Grand Am on the trunk is odd, like something is missing. I'm only an advocate of removing badges on cars that have been so modded (or are uncommon) that you don't really know what they are. For instance, at a car show some guy at had like a 85 Chevy Celebrity all hooked up and debaged......he was daring people to guess what it was.....
But hey, whatever floats your boat. As long as you like it, go for it.
