ok so everything when i was driving all day except for when i went to my gf's hockey game i noticed a bad whine coming from the passenger side of the car, i didn't get a chance to look at it until i got home, turns out that i was completely out of steering fluid, or deathly low. so i filled it up, it still made a whiny noise and now when i back out and look in the snow i see little droplets of fluid, is this just a leak? or does this mean my pump went out, and if my pump went out then how much does it cost to get it fixed or buy one and fix it myself?
