Hey guys, looking to buy a new set of brake rotors & pads for my front brakes and looking to get some opinions and thoughts from ya...

A friend of mine suggested going with a set of Brembo rotors that sells for about 47each at http://www.tirerack.com Has anyone used them before? Any thoughts about them? If not the brembo what would you reccommend?

Also he was suggesting the Performance Friction Carbon Metalic pads to go with it. Getting it from autozone for like $42 to take advantage of the lifetime warrenty they offer with it. Any body use those pads? How is the brake dust on them?

Any other suggestions you have would be great. My average driving is 50/50 of city/highway with some backroad hilly driving from time to time as well...

Thanks for the help

Yeah, I was considering that myself. I can't find brembo rotors any place where I live. But I can get some raybestos rotors for $75 CDN, which works out to the same price as the Brembos. Which brand is better?

The only thing I want it to have the rotors not rust as much as the OEMs.

I hear the raybestos quiet stops are very decent.
