View Full Version : Can I shut off the upshift light?

It annoys me. I don't need a light telling me when to shift. Is there any way of disabling it without cutting/splicing, etc? I don't want it to be permanently disabled, just while I"ve got the car. Thanks.

Nope, soldered to the board.

The tape over the light is pretty much the only option if you don't want to screw around with the electronics.

Ihate that stupid light telling me when to shift... Most of the time it doesn'tcome on, but drivesme insane when it does.

No, I shift when I'm supposed to, I just don't like being told to.

lol with my exp if you shift everytime it tells you to shift your lef will fall off :lol:About like the skip shift light on the vette but got the bypass for that one.
