How do I replace the lights behind the HVAC knobs?

I have a 97 GT and I cleared the knobs to white and I didn't like it so I popped the white off and now i have a reddish knob... i can show pics if someone wants me to but anyway the lights behind it is yellow and i want to put red leds behind there so it will look better so how would go about getting to the bulbs? thanks

you remove your stereo/gauge bezel. then you take the HVAC control out and inside are 2 lights. These lights are not servicable and will need cut off the wires.
