ok.....on my 95 GA, i took the panels off and took them apart into like 4 separate pieces each. the only problem is that most of the panels were kept together by just melting sections together so in the places where it was melted i just snapped it apart. i was wondering if nebody else did this and was wondering about a good way to put them back together. i was thinkin about small nuts and bolts where the "plastic welds" were. the reason i took them apart was because i painted the plastic pieces around the lock button and the door handle and im redoing the stock black fabric with red. so...did nebody else do sumthing like that?

Yeah, I'd go with the above prolly, rivets of some kind....maybe rubber coat them so they don't have a rattle??? I dunno if that would work or not....

well rivits are usually tight enough that they wont rattle, maybe try to get plastic rivits is there is such a thing.

I re-did the door panels in my car but I didn't take the door apart. Try rivets.
