i have been pondering this for a while. i have a GT trim level for my car. and i am trying to figure out what it stands for. ive thought about some other ones, like LE is Limited Edition. and SE is Special Edition. (not sure about these just a hunch). but i can figure out the GT. Grand Touring? doubt it but if anyone knows, id like to here. tanx all.:D

You got it, it's Grand Touring.

On the Grand Am, SE is more like Standard Edition...

yeah, in 1999 the GT said HO V6 while 2000+ say Ram-Air V6..... same exact thing, and same power....persoanlly I like the Ram-Air better :)

Right! Mine's um....SUPER Edition. Because it's super.

I could have had a GT but chose to have an SE. I don't like the body styling of the GT's (of the 96-98 years).

Blah! Mines special too because....because....um....well, it's not actually not that special. It's pretty standard. But I still get to call it special!
